1. Unique approach to hiring. They inexplicably hired a bunch of newcomers who have absolutely no ability whatsoever. Their work attitude is poor and their capabilities are extremely inadequate, so you may often have to put up with frustration.

2. Unfair bonus allocation. Compensation consists of base salary + bonuses. The base salary is already very low, and the bonus allocation is extremely unfair!!!! The company often has lazy or underperforming employees whose low sales figures require high-performing employees to give them performance results for free. So, if you can accept working here until retirement while giving part of the bonus earned through your own efforts to achieve the company’s performance targets to other people, then you can work here.

3. Supervisors make many empty promises; you can slowly experience this after joining.

4. Supervisors say they value ability rather than seniority.... As for this part.... just take it with a grain of salt....
