In addition, regular meetings are reasonable, but during meetings about the products, one-fifth of the time is spent discussing matters completely unrelated to the company. The employer strongly seeks attention and displays a sense of superiority (a one-person dictatorship).

Whether you can stay for long depends on whether you can earn the employer’s trust and understand the boss’s thoughts. In most cases, the employer is not at fault; it is always the employees’ problem (according to the employer).
