Cons

Although it is a major company in the television industry, the internal system is so terrible that it is impossible to describe in words.

I worked in the new media department. I joined as a fresh graduate, and during the interview, the manager said that everyone in the department would have plenty of room to contribute because the employees were all around the same age and young people would have more ideas they could put into practice.

I never expected that after joining, I would find the work extremely boring. Not only was the immediacy expected of news not achieved, but the system was also a complete mess. Some people wrote eight articles a day, while others wrote only two (?).

As someone who had just entered the industry, this gave me the mistaken impression that working in a new media department was always this easy—that you could watch shows while working and chat and fool around everywhere.

Later, a very capable director with plenty of ideas joined. I originally thought they could save this department, which was worse than a pile of mud, but because of the company’s factional problems, they were gone just like that.

Afterward, another director arrived who knew nothing except how to flatter people. The department was practically on the verge of collapse; almost everyone who joined at the same time had left, yet this department continued recruiting fresh graduates.

In summary: If you genuinely want to work, you can walk away as soon as you see this company. But if you are looking for something like retirement life, this place was made for you: little money, little work, and plenty of slacking off~~~~
