It can train you to face unreasonable demands and adapt your mood and mindset when dealing with illogical work content, helping you develop an “it doesn’t matter” attitude.

First of all, this is a company with absolutely no systems in place. From the owner to the management, no one cares at all about various plans and regulations; they only care about appearances and keeping the owner happy by flattering them. There is no consensus between departments, making it impossible for those below to get things done, with no clear goals or decisions. They do not know how to respect employees—even employees’ most important and closely watched salary payments can be forgotten. How did things come to this? If, according to the company, everything seems to be important, wouldn’t that be contradicting itself?

Responsibilities are unclear, planning is inadequate, professionalism is not respected, employees are held in contempt, there are no benefits whatsoever, and the owner and managers use emotionally driven management. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone.
