The supervisor is very disrespectful.

It’s one thing to be unsure of the interviewee’s level, but saying, “Even a part-time student can do these tasks,” is really quite rude.

And also, “First, do a trial period at the salary from your previous job, then I’ll decide whether to offer you this salary.”

I really think they might as well just hire part-time students.
