During the interview, the company’s management system was explained. The company’s management system had been reviewed and approved by the Labor Bureau (the interviewer explicitly showed official documents from the Labor Bureau). This was quite unusual; in all my interview experience, I had never encountered a company that had submitted its internal policies to the Labor Bureau for review in advance. I felt that was quite positive.
The interview process was very detailed, but a little long. Through the interviewer’s explanation, I gained an understanding of the special silk industry and also developed a clear understanding of this company’s future prospects.
The salary offered was good and exceeded my expectations (by more than 2,000). Although I understand that learning specialized knowledge may be somewhat difficult and that there will be pressure, I am quite interested in giving it a try.
After touring the workplace, I found that there were quite a few young people around my age, so work probably would not be boring.
The learning pressure may be fairly high, but after discussing it with my family at home, I feel that learning useful things inevitably comes with some pressure.
The workplace is a little far from home (because I am not very good at riding a scooter).
