Workplace reviews and discussion: 岱妮國際蠶絲有限公司

During the interview, the company’s management system was explained. The company’s management system had been reviewed and approved by the Labor Bureau (the interviewer explicitly showed the official document from the Labor Bureau). This was quite special—in all my interview experience, I had never encountered a company that submitted its policies to the Labor Bureau for review in advance. It gave me a pretty good impression.

The interview process was very detailed, but a little long. Through the interviewer’s explanation, I gained an understanding of the unique silk industry and also fully understood this company’s future potential.

The salary offered was good and exceeded my expectations (by more than 2,000). Although I understand that learning professional knowledge may be somewhat challenging and that there will be pressure, I am quite interested in giving it a try.

After touring the workplace, I found that there were quite a few young people around my age, so work probably would not be boring.

The learning pressure may be fairly high, but after discussing it with my family at home, I feel that if I can learn useful things, some pressure is inevitable.

The workplace is a little far from home (because I am not very good at riding a motorcycle).
