Never been happy.
Cons
Giving this kind of year-end bonus—how are people supposed to celebrate the New Year? And they keep buying machines.
No double punishment for the same offense. I’ve already been given a demerit for it before, and they can also use this kind of reason to dismiss someone.
The thinking is stuck in the past and unwilling to change. Just wait to be eliminated by the times.
