2. Although there are many things to handle and the pressure is not insignificant, the growth is very evident. If your performance meets the company's expectations, I think raises come relatively quickly. I received a raise once within nearly three months of joining this company.

3. The company has undergone quite a few changes recently. It moved to a new office, and the overall environment has become very good. Many things have also become more transparent. There is no need to worry about being unable to take compensatory leave for overtime; even unused compensatory leave can be converted into pay. According to senior colleagues, the company has been improving continuously over the past two years, so I think it is a company worth looking forward to.

There could be more company-wide activities, such as domestic trips, group meals, barbecuing together for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and so on.

It is clear that the company is working hard to change, but there are still some areas that have not kept up with the pace. I think the systems could be improved further. Because supervisors have too many responsibilities, they do not have much time to listen to employees' concerns.
