Very bad; other than the employees being nice, there is nothing else good to say.
1. There is no overtime pay. They euphemistically say they will give bonuses, but it completely depends on the supervisor’s mood. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays either; you should be secretly pleased if you get a year-end bonus.
2. The boss and supervisors both need to improve their emotional management. They often argue in front of employees over the smallest matters, while claiming that they are merely discussing problems loudly.
3. I agree with what the former employee said about the supervisor holding multiple roles. Tasks are left until the last minute, then everyone is hurriedly asked to help finish them. It is inefficient and wastes other employees’ time. Anyone who says they have 18 years of project management experience is completely an amateur leading professionals.
4. There was once a supervisor who failed to handle something properly but shifted the blame onto an employee. When there is credit to claim, they are the first to step forward and take it.
5. It is a one-person dictatorship. During the interview, they said that if you found anything inappropriate, you could bring it up for discussion. But after you do, they accuse you of constantly badmouthing the company and ask what the company has ever done to mistreat you.
6. The boss and supervisors never clearly explain what they want. When you come to work, you first have to learn how to read minds.
7. They do not care about your abilities; they only care whether the supervisor likes you. If they do not, they will fire you outright or hold a public struggle session against you at the company, while claiming that they do not want to form cliques. (During the same period, a very conscientious employee was fired.)
