However, the office is quite noisy. Those who like a “lively” environment may want to consider it.
Overtime is regularly required, and the work is performance-oriented.
The office has a “young” atmosphere. Male managers aged 35 or 36 may engage in verbal sparring (?) with female employees aged 23 or 24 in the same department.
It can be quite noisy at times. Those who like a “young” style may fit in, but it is not suitable for people accustomed to recruiting for mid-level positions or above. It is also not suitable for those who dislike noise. People accustomed to the style of foreign companies or clearly defined systems may not be a good fit either—》it suits the style of young banking salespeople.
