However, the office is quite noisy. Those who enjoy a “lively” atmosphere may want to consider it.
Overtime is frequently required, and the role is performance-oriented.
The office has a “young” style: male managers aged 35 or 36 may engage in verbal banter (?) with female employees aged 23 or 24 in the same department.
It can be quite noisy at times. Those who like a “young” style are welcome, but it is not suitable for people accustomed to mid-level and above executive search. It is also not suitable for those who dislike noise. People accustomed to multinational-company styles or clearly defined systems may not find it suitable either—》it suits the style of young banking sales staff.
