1. It feels quite easy to end up working overtime under an “all-inclusive responsibility” system. Although it may be unavoidable to work overtime to finish newly added projects, the answer they gave was rather casual—for example, saying that you could come into the office later the next day.
2. The work content is unstable: there is one main area you work on, along with other ad hoc projects that may be added.
