The office is fairly nice, with a very small snack benefit.
1. Policies change constantly, internal rules are chaotic, and bonuses or benefits have been drastically reduced.
2. Mid-level managers lack management experience and are unable to resolve substantive issues.
3. Targets are increasingly impossible tasks, based entirely on senior management’s wishful thinking.
4. A fake multinational-company PIP system: if you don’t meet their expectations, they can ask you to leave at any time.
If you’re reading this and reconsidering whether to apply for this job, I can only say congratulations—there are better jobs waiting for you.
