Interviewers: 1 man (assistant manager) and 1 woman (current designer)

Benefits: The year-end bonus is based on performance evaluations. There are 4 evaluation levels; the highest level can receive a year-end bonus equivalent to 3.5–2.5 months of salary. Moving down one level deducts 0.5 month, and so on... The minimum is still 1 month.

First, the man explained the job responsibilities and company benefits. Then the woman came in to ask about previous design work. It was fairly simple, and they did not ask many personal questions.

Actually, we had a very pleasant conversation at the time. They usually ask when you can start, which is a strong indication that you have a good chance of being hired. However, I do not know why there was no response after waiting for two weeks. The point to note may be that even if the conversation goes very well, you still might not get the job in the end. Maybe I asked for too high a salary?
