The interview was extremely disrespectful. At the beginning, they asked me to fill out some information but did not even provide a pen. I applied for an e-commerce position, yet from beginning to end they only asked about video editing-related matters, without mentioning any other e-commerce-related operations, graphic design, SEO, or Ads. It turned out that someone else was already specifically responsible for editing. I really couldn’t understand what the interview was even for. At the end of the interview, they pointed toward the exit to the elevator and said, “Sorry, over there, please.”
You can really see the narrow-mindedness of a traditional-industry publishing house!
