1. The receptionist served tea and water, and provided a laptop (for an English test and aptitude test) as well as a paper-based intelligence test.

2. Frank Kao (HR) was quite friendly during the interview and explained the benefits system, but was relatively cautious when discussing whether overtime pay or compensatory leave was available.

3. The department manager was quite candid in explaining the job responsibilities!

P.S.: The department manager looked somewhat fatigued and was even paged during the interview. This manager seemed quite tired~
