Free meals
Slightly more days off than usual
The people you work with are students, so things are relatively simple

It is difficult living together with people who have different lifestyles.
Long working hours and little sleep.
Short meal breaks
Attending a meeting the day before is unpaid.
The boxed lunches provided for camping are unappetizing.
Sometimes you are assigned to work in another location and need to stay overnight the day before; this is also unpaid.
Lower pay during winter and summer vacations.

A lot of strange remarks and opinions.
Teachers are given too much importance; students' feelings should be what matters most.
Overall: I wouldn't say it is bad, but this is the strangest job I have ever had.
