There are no systems or procedures. If you are applying for the newly established xx Marketing Department, be careful—the department may be eliminated at any time. I heard that many people were inexplicably laid off. Everyone should be careful: whatever a certain senior manager says is treated as gospel, and basically no one in the company’s Marketing Department dares to voice an opinion.
