I worked at the company for four years and learned a lot. What I am most dissatisfied with is Taiwanese people harming other Taiwanese people. In order to curry favor with their Japanese supervisors, they would assign Japanese people to come here who were genuinely third-rate, and who always blindly followed the Taiwanese HR department's instructions. A year after the company issued the employee travel subsidy, it decided to deduct the money from employees' salaries on the grounds that there had not been enough participants in the original trip. Employees had to sign a written undertaking and were even required to write letters of remorse..... As a frontline employee, I merely followed the arrangements made by the employee welfare committee, yet I was threatened because of the conflict between the company and the committee. The company even hired outside lawyers, and senior company managers personally came to the worksite to conduct one-on-many interviews. Anyone who refused to comply would be sued by the company for fraud. It was completely absurd! After conscientiously fulfilling my responsibilities to the company, I received this kind of heartless treatment. I was so distressed that I became unable to work normally, and although the company ultimately tried to retain me, I still chose to resign......

It is not easy for the company to find projects, and the economy is sluggish, so it cut employees' salaries and benefits. After that, it only recruited newcomers. The company's longtime employees were either fired or resigned......It is very sad.
