Pros
As long as you don’t have to keep waiting for materials and don’t make too many demands regarding the working conditions, you’ll be quite happy.
Cons
The three holiday bonuses are poor—it's uncertain whether they’ll be given at all:
0.3? 0.5? One month’s salary, or even nothing.
And then they expect you to work yourself to the bone to meet the output target. Ridiculous.
