The only thing they can boast about is being publicly listed.
Also, they seem to be afraid of reports when they violate the Labor Standards Act.
Only the minimum wage—the lowest starting pay in the industry.
The bonus sounds good: “You get one if you make a sale.”
But they don’t tell you that when there are difficult-to-sell products that you’re forced to promote and you don’t sell them, no matter how good your performance is, they’ll make you sign a “voluntary bonus withholding consent form.” If you don’t sell them, you won’t get a single penny.
That’s the better version. Previously, they directly announced that if you didn’t sell them, you weren’t allowed to take a day off—not that you weren’t allowed to request leave; they simply ignored the Labor Standards Act.
Only after being reported did they change it to forcing employees to sign a voluntary bonus deduction form.
