There are two interviews. After the first interview, they send you a brief and ask you to design a double-sided A4 product flyer. Within three days of receiving it, they will let you know whether there will be a second interview, which is then conducted with their manager.
The first interview is conducted by two designers: one responsible for the online e-commerce side and the other for the offline physical side. They ask the interviewee design-related questions, then ask you to introduce yourself and talk about your previous design work.
The company is on the second floor of the building right outside the bus stop at the Taisugar Building. The office is not large, and there are only a few employees. It feels like the people you can see in the fan group. They are a subsidiary of a large company responsible for selling probiotics.
To be honest, I really dislike it when companies require something like a practical test. Why not simply state on 104 that there will be a practical test? The reason they have a practical test is that this company was deceived by past interviewees, so they want to test applicants’ abilities.
