Information Systems Engineer:
1. The department atmosphere is good, and the managers and colleagues are easy to get along with. Colleagues are highly capable, and the workload is just right—not too much or too little. Everyone helps one another when there are problems.
2. An annual travel allowance of NT$10,000–20,000. What is particularly notable is that, in addition to the three traditional holiday bonuses and birthday cash gifts, the company also gives Christmas gifts and provides a catered buffet, as well as Father’s Day/Mother’s Day gifts.
1. Performance or year-end bonuses are only about 1–1.5 months’ salary, and the monthly salary is also on the lower-middle end of the industry.
