Pros
1. The company environment is clean, and the decor is beautiful.
2. The desks are arranged in an open-plan layout, and the employees all look quite young.
Cons
1. The interview lasted approximately 1–1.5 hours. After the interview, the visual design interviewer said they would send a design assignment for me to complete. Alternatively, they required me to take an on-site test...
After receiving the assignment, they said they would evaluate it again and that I would only have a second interview if I passed -.-. I felt it was a tremendous waste of time.
