As for the policies, all I can say is:

“All conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows; like dew and lightning. They should be regarded as such.”

The same matter can be described one way this minute and in a completely different way the next—the difference can be like that between heaven and earth.

Internal staff:

Every company inevitably has people who look sour, speak harshly, and are also very lazy; this public office is no exception. There is a certain woman who only knows how to push things off onto others (everything is someone else’s responsibility), has a very unpleasant expression (as if the whole world owes her something), and everyone in the company knows about it—yet she can still continue working there... You can imagine what that means.

Field staff:

I have to say that the colleagues get along harmoniously, but those working on the front line face policies that can change at any moment (A today, B tomorrow...), while their bonuses keep getting reduced... Because of policy issues, they not only get berated by customers, but also have their pay deducted......

There is so much I want to say. If anyone who happens to read this could share what I have missed, I would be truly grateful.
