The boss thinks everything they don’t understand is very simple.
“Just change it a bit and it’ll be fine.”
They treat sales, designers, engineers, and secretaries this way.
People in various positions have already resigned on their own—several of them.
They often, intentionally or unintentionally, hint at firing you to squeeze every last ounce of effort out of you.
They think they’re competitive.
They constantly use the threat of being fired or eliminated to intimidate people, making the atmosphere very unpleasant.
Because they don’t understand the professional aspects, no matter how much you do, it will never be recognized.
