1. The company’s financial situation is extremely poor, and it can barely pay salaries; unpaid wages are a common occurrence.
2. The boss does not respect professionalism and fires people he dislikes at any time.
3. There is absolutely no room for development. The boss says all day that he wants to see reports, but they are all meaningless.
4. The office is old, and employees have to take out the trash and clean the toilets themselves.
5. There is no overtime pay, only compensatory leave. When you apply for overtime, the boss still makes a fuss, saying that employees generate no value, so why work overtime?
6. The company is often short of money, the equipment is terrible, and there are even rats, yet it keeps hiring new people and then enters a cycle of being unable to pay them.
7. The boss is indecisive. If he suddenly wants something done today, he forces you to produce it the next day, rendering all the previous work futile.
8. There are no systems or processes overall; it is a terrible company.
