The interview environment was comfortable

The interview format was strange. Interns applying to different departments were interviewed together in groups of more than 10 people, making it impossible to carefully assess whether each person was suited to the department.

On the day of the interview, applicants were required to work with different people to plan a proposal. This was overly complicated for applicants and had not been disclosed in advance. No feedback was provided after the proposal was presented.

The interview process was lengthy, requiring two to three interviews to complete.
