Leaving work on time
The department supervisor appears to be a nice person on the surface, but is actually two-faced.
Very unfriendly toward mothers who need to breastfeed.
There is not even a nursing room.
Because you need to spend time expressing milk every day, they use other excuses to say that your work efficiency is poor,
and even claim that you affect your colleagues’ work morale.
They use all sorts of lousy excuses to give you a very poor performance rating.
They said there would be a two-month observation period,
but then went back on their word and notified me of termination before even a month had passed.
