This company is extremely chaotic
1. The head of design is very good at talking but not very good at doing, and is somewhat arrogant
2. The boss in charge and the head of design are very close, so offending the head of design means you’re doomed
3. A lot of people come and go at this company as well
4. You really need to think twice before joining
