大江生醫股份有限公司(TCI CO., Ltd)
Pros

Are there any pros?

Cons

I hope everyone can take a look at people’s experiences. Basically, what was previously said online is all true. If you want to give it a try, you can accept the offer first and then use it to negotiate another offer. But if you really plan to come work at TCI, you should think it over carefully. Even if they can offer you a high salary, will you be able to stay long?

A bunch of HR employees resigned last year. HR staff themselves were running away even faster than the people they recruited. After working here for a month, you’re considered a veteran. Their mindset is: Since I’m giving you two or three times the salary, your workload should also be two or three times that of others. So during interviews, they will even ask whether you’ve looked up the company’s reviews online and what you think of them. They’ll ask about your impressions, and what you would think if there were no overtime pay, and whether you could accept that.

Previously, too many people quit as soon as they received their pay, so the company even specially convened an employee meeting to ask everyone for suggestions on areas for improvement, benefits, and ways to make money. The company’s senior management (those heads of the major centers and so on) still live in outer space. Some senior managers are also quite self-important, and the quality of their projects is inferior to others’.

TCI coins, huh~ Cash would be more practical! The Mid-Autumn Festival gift was even changed to TCI coins. I was speechless.

There is no overtime pay. If you dare ask for overtime pay, you won’t get a bonus. I think reporting this to the labor bureau would be the quickest way to come save the employees here.

They kept preaching before that insider trading was prohibited. Then the stock price fell, and they were still hunting down internal employees and making them leave, while continuing to talk about it at the monthly meetings. They watch the market every day (one office has a huge screen displaying a chart of the company’s own stock price) and are extremely concerned about the stock’s performance.

Every day, the groups keep posting business results and performance figures to reassure everyone, but with poor results and unrealistic policies, can this really go far?

I’ve also heard that some departments are afraid new employees will take away their workload, so they refuse to teach them anything. That is simply part of the company culture. There is a mechanism for weeding out the weak, which makes you afraid that one day, once the company no longer considers you valuable, it will ask you to leave.
