There is no employee training, and senior employees do not guide newcomers. It could be said to be a good opportunity to test one’s abilities?
1. Overtime is required every day; if you do not work overtime, you will be called in for a meeting.
2. You have to fight for your own overtime pay; if you do not speak up, you will not receive it.
3. The company has a high employee turnover rate.
4. Typhoon days off are unpaid.
5. Working hours are flexible, but regardless of what time you arrive, you must work overtime.
6. Contrary to what the company claimed on 104, there is no employee training. Newcomers have to figure things out themselves, and sometimes they are even scolded for asking questions.
7. Senior employees can arrive late without a care, but newcomers are called in for a meeting if they are late.
8. When laying employees off, the company does not provide a certificate of involuntary resignation; you have to confront the company to get one.
9. If you have something to do and cannot work overtime, that is fine—just work remotely. The company computer will be left on, waiting for you to connect remotely.
