1. The office atmosphere seems good, and the colleagues are nice too
2. Employee purchase benefits
3. None
1. Regular overtime
2. One person is expected to do the work of many (even managers who transferred from other department stores said this is the most exhausting department store they have ever worked at)
3. The company’s training is insufficient, focusing only on how to use some company software and understand the company culture
4. The floor managers handle all miscellaneous tasks, including sales reporting and developing improvement strategies, tenant recruitment, inventory counts, organizing events, brand exposure, and so on. Most supervisors mainly spend their time in meetings and writing reports.
5. Many tasks have no standard operating procedures. Whenever someone has time to teach you, you learn something different. It is best to establish your own procedures.
6. The company does provide sick leave, but not every supervisor accepts leave requests, since staffing is consistently very insufficient.
7. The turnover rate is very high. Supervisors are almost always either long-time employees or managers parachuted in from the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi system.
