1. More freedom than at the company I worked for before. The atmosphere among employees is harmonious, and everyone celebrates holidays or birthdays together. Sometimes the company even treats us to drinks, which I find very warm and welcoming.
2. Labor and health insurance, annual leave, menstrual leave, and other benefits are all comprehensive. I haven’t encountered any institutional issues at work.
1. The work is all done sitting down, so there isn’t much heavy labor, but the items being assembled are very small, requiring intense concentration. Sometimes, after sitting for a long time, you need to get up and move around.
2. The busiest time is when we’re rushing to ship orders, and the time pressure can be somewhat intense.
