1. The work environment is pretty good (that's all for the pros).
1. During the interview, they said that a salary adjustment would be possible after one year, but even after working for a year and a half, there was still no adjustment.
2. When the Yilan logistics center was short-staffed for inventory-taking, Taipei employees were sent to help out and did not return to Taipei until eight or nine o’clock (doing work completely unrelated to their job responsibilities).
3. Suddenly, on December 30, I was notified that today would be my last day and that I should come in tomorrow to complete the redundancy procedures??? They intentionally laid people off before the year-end bonus.
4. The company is full of toxic people and has no humanity.
