No overtime
1. The priorities are upside down: tasks unrelated to one’s primary duties often take up the time needed to perform those duties, making it impossible to ever finish the primary work.
2. The boss has a bad temper and thinks in ways that differ from ordinary people. Suitable for those who want to cultivate themselves through adversity.
3. It is the norm for salaries to be paid late, and they may even be paid in two installments.
4. All employees must bear performance pressure. Matters unrelated to performance seem to be regarded as meaningless.
5. The boss does not like employees to be too close to one another, which is very strange.
