They ask interviewees to prepare a bunch of materials several days in advance, and then the interview itself takes a very long time on the day, with no guarantee of being hired. The interview basically takes more than two hours. Not recommended—it is truly speechless and extremely inefficient. The worst part is spending so long interviewing only to end up with, “Sorry, please wait for notification.”
