There’s plenty to do, so it never gets boring.
1. During the interview, I was not informed that packing and shipping orders would be required. After work, everyone drives or rides scooters to ship orders in batches at convenience stores.
2. The company does not hire marketing staff, but employees in every department—including warehouse staff, accounting staff, and designers—are all required to come up with and organize promotional activities. If a platform does not generate sales, the boss will consider firing people.
3. Daily work distribution: 30% for the original job duties and 70% for packing, shipping, and listing products on platforms. (The original job duties pile up like a mountain.)
