毅宜工業股份有限公司
Pros
Employee benefits are good, and bonuses are paid.
The company provides lunch and dinner.
There is an indoor parking lot.
Cons
The head of the administrative unit makes everything sound very simple when explaining it!
Quality assurance inspectors have a lot of power. Even when the dimensions meet specifications, they still require you to make further adjustments before approving them. When they make measurement errors, they blame others for not doing things properly, and when criticized for making mistakes, they simply shirk responsibility.
