The work is diverse, but it keeps increasing while the salary hasn’t risen at all.
*The company is stingy
Too cheap. Many things cannot be reimbursed, including taxis, high-speed rail, parking fees, and many other expenses.
*Uses various ways to deduct from employees’ salaries
Forgetting to clock in or out will result in points being deducted; failing to respond to company-wide surveys within the specified period will affect your performance evaluation. The company also forces everyone to participate in company activities, or their performance evaluation will be affected.
*The salary is too low
The salary is genuinely very low, but there is an enormous and ever-increasing amount of work to do. Most importantly, there is no overtime pay.
*Leaders lack goals, vision, and ability
*Poor benefits
There isn’t even a basic health checkup, let alone other benefits.
*Too many incompetent managers
Many managers really don’t understand a lot of things. Instead, it feels like you are constantly teaching the people above you, while gaining little for yourself.
