Since I am also using other recruitment agencies to look for work, I feel that the positions recommended here are a poor fit for my qualifications and needs. Even though I clearly indicated on my résumé that I do not have a driver's license, they recommended positions for which a driver's license was a required qualification. With this approach, even when they proactively recommend positions, it feels like we are just wasting each other's time...
