First send job openings for morning shifts to job seekers and invite them for interviews.
For urgent same-day requests, confirm the interview time within three days.
When the candidate arrives on the agreed-upon second day,
then tell them that the morning-shift interviews were already completed on the first day and that there are no morning-shift positions available,
and proceed to pressure the candidate into taking a night shift.
In one word: lousy.
Not explaining things to candidates in advance wastes other people’s time and transportation costs.
In two words: absolutely lousy.
The interview attitude is arrogant and discourteous, and the words of encouragement sound like canned audio.
