1. The company environment is very messy, and there is not even a reception desk. The interviewee had no idea who to look for and could only go into the office area to ask someone… They may have moved, which is completely at odds with the “beautiful office” mentioned by others online.
2. You have to fill out a personnel information form first. I don’t understand why you still have to write all this when there is already a résumé, including information about family members.
3. There were several other applicants at the interview that day. There were even two people in HR? It didn’t really seem like the staffing structure of a small company. (Usually, listed companies are more likely to have a dedicated HR team, but this small company surprisingly has the budget to make such extensive use of HR. In addition, so many positions are posted online, as if they conduct interviews every day, and many people are discussing it on 面試趣. Thinking about it now, it feels like they are harvesting personal data…)
P.S. The salaries offered for general positions are quite average—pretty much at the level for fresh graduates.
4. There was originally supposed to be a second interview that day, but the direct supervisor was unavailable. They arranged another appointment, but then never notified me again at all… Umm
5. The job postings are still listed on 104.
