The store manager first left the interviewee standing there waiting for 20 minutes, claiming to still be on a break. When they finally appeared, they did not offer even a word of apology.

Also, the personality test form and résumé from this company were extremely uncomfortable to fill out. First of all, the résumé layout was very poor: some fields were too small and others were too large, making it very uncomfortable to complete.

Moreover, the questions contained far too many suggestive implications:

"Employees must listen to the company. Whatever job assignments the company makes, employees must cooperate. Employees absolutely must not engage in anything like marriage-related trouble; since the company pays, the company has the greatest authority."

There were also sections that were clearly probing into personal character and privacy.

I had not even joined the company yet, so what was the point of putting me through so many tests? The salary offered was clearly not higher than that of other companies. If the company's compensation and benefits were good enough, would it really need to worry about employees not cooperating?

The salary was also advertised very dishonestly. The basic salary is 23,000, but the salary listed in the job posting apparently can only be reached by working overtime?

In short, this is the résumé I have ever filled out that left me with the worst impression. Apart from basic personal information, a company has no right to know so much about an individual.

If your company is truly serious about hiring people, I hope you will delete this personality-test résumé full of disgusting implications and create a more normal one. Otherwise, raise the salary and benefits and see who would be willing to accept the job.
