Relatively flexible, the work atmosphere is pretty good, and most of the employees are quite nice.
The company mainly takes on projects. The most common thing you encounter is people taking credit without doing any work, especially a certain senior executive XX, who is very good at talking but completely incapable of doing anything. In particular, the company sometimes has its sales team take on projects from government agencies, but then lets them fall apart; after all, there are no penalties for mishandling government projects, whereas there are when it comes to projects for outside hospitals.
Most people at the company are pretty nice, but a small number are truly hopeless—so hopeless that whenever something involves them, it becomes needlessly complicated. They completely drag everyone else down, spending work hours browsing online stores, chatting on Line, and looking at Instagram. Really great!
Don't expect to learn anything, because whenever the company encounters a problem, it only knows how to dodge it and is completely useless. On top of that, the senior management love putting their names on projects, then tell you to take responsibility yourself when something goes wrong. The way the company operates makes it completely impossible to tell that it is a publicly listed medical equipment company; it has absolutely no systems or professionalism.
