Is having a manager who pressures people to quit considered a strength? Haha. Most of my coworkers are easy to get along with and not scheming; we help each other. The nurses are very gentle and caring toward me, and the president is very cute. The food in the employee cafeteria is inconsistent, but it’s okay. Overall, it’s pretty good.

I originally wanted to let things go, but I’m worried that newcomers might take a wrong turn and ruin themselves, so think twice before joining this department. No matter the reason, whenever you take leave, the department manager will complain. If they’re unhappy, they’ll also deduct a lot of points from your score. A supposedly happy company listed on a major job bank, yet it exploits its employees. When you take sick leave, the manager will pressure you to resign. (As if getting sick or injured was something I wanted—seriously???^^)

The manager seems to have very poor abilities and a bad memory. I guess they’re afraid their position might be threatened, so they treat capable coworkers coldly and even keep making things difficult for them. (But my coworkers have good tempers and never said anything. Sigh, I really feel indignant on their behalf—they deserve better.)

The manager’s preferences are very obvious! They really adore an employee who is extremely incompetent. (That employee is incredibly good at acting cute and coquettish with the manager. Haha, sorry, I can’t do that—I was practically throwing up^^. If you constantly act cute, the manager will protect you and tell you how great you are.) Then they make the capable employees clean up the mess. It’s truly awful. The manager will never take responsibility. If you ask them to take responsibility, they get angry and become extremely emotional. There couldn’t be even the slightest noise at work, or the manager would clear their throat. At the time, I worked every day in a highly oppressive atmosphere, which made my health very poor. After resigning, I took a few months to recover and moved to a better company. Thanks to 1111, I was able to switch to a better job^^
