Pros
The company overall is fairly clean.
HR explains the various policies quite clearly.
Cons
There is no overtime pay, only compensatory leave, and the salaries for professionals are not particularly high.
The company is currently transforming from a parts manufacturer into an automation equipment provider.
The manager who conducted the interview did not understand the automation processes very well and seemed somewhat to be pretending to know more than they did. Based on the interview, the company has not yet established automation project management.
