Only after inviting me to the interview did they say that my background and education did not match. Isn’t that something they could have known from the job bank? They brought me in for an interview and kept saying that it was unrelated to what I had studied and different from the position I was expecting, then kept asking me if I had any questions. I have to wait for a second interview for this kind of nonsense...?! Then why did you ask me to come in?? To get my personal information?? The interview process was poor and careless, wasting the interviewee’s time. Terrible!
