Pros
The HR representative was really nice.
They not only gave me advice on my résumé, but also asked me some commonly asked interview questions and told me which parts of my answers were good and which could be improved. (And they did so in a very friendly manner.)
Although the interview results haven't been announced yet, I gained something valuable regardless of whether I pass.
